Terms of Sale
The Valley Dental Supply Price Policy:
We make every effort to maintain prices for the duration of a catalog, but we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to manufacturers' increases.
Payment & Delivery Terms:
We accept payment by check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or we can bill your order to your open account. Available to licensed practitioners in the U.S. All invoices are payable within 30 days. All past due invoices will be subject to 1-1/2% interest per month. All orders will be subject to a handling charge of $2.95. This charge includes freight, except for additional carrier charges related to special delivery services, and hazardous material shipments. Special Orders are subject to additional freight charges. Outside the continental U.S., orders will be subject to actual freight charges.
Return Policy:
- Returned products must have been purchased within the previous sixty (60) days. Any returns past sixty (60) days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All products must be returned in their original container or package in a clean and salable condition.
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a description of the problem.
- To arrange for a return, simply call our customer service department or contact your field sales representative.
Please Note These Exceptions:
- Equipment: Opened handpieces and equipment may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with manufacturer warranties. Before opening handpieces and equipment, we suggest that you check the shipping container and the packing list to verify that you have received exactly what you ordered.
- Special Order Items: Products that we do not ordinarilly stock are not returnable.
- Controlled Drugs: not returnable.
- Items (including expired): that can not be returned to the manufacturer are not returnable.
- Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date.
